Stress Awareness Month April 2024

We will be promoting Stress Awareness during the month of April and asking everyone on the ASH-CG team to consider stress and how we may reduce its causes and consequences. 

We will be supporting these individuals by offering discussions, literature, presentation and general assistance advice through our Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA), who will be able to direct people to useful organisations like Mind, Samaritans and CALM.
