Project Summary:

This case study explores into the collaborative engagement between ASH Construction to provide labour services to Colas Rail, a prominent player in the rail infrastructure sector. Network Rail will renew more than 7,000km of track as part of a £25bn investment programme that has been awarded to Colas Rail and the alliance. By integrating ASH Construction's skilled labour force into Colas Rail's teams, the aim was to strengthen project workforces and expedite project schedules. The wealth of experience, the collaboration sought to streamline labour-intensive aspects within rail infrastructure projects, ultimately enhancing the overall project efficiency.

Description of Services includes:-  Platform modifications, drainage, Track renewals, Track drainage, coper re-alignments, COSS & safety critical staff, Pway Gangs, Engineers, and Protection teams.
